We offer lessons on most instruments, vocal technique, and recording technique. All lessons are project based utilizing the recording studio in conjunction with traditional teaching methods. We approach each project to suit each students needs. Vocalists will work one on one with accompanists. The goal is to see that you are excited and engaged in the process of creating music and that you walk away with an audio CD of your work. Write a love song and give it to the one you love. Breakup tunes work as well!
WS38 is home to a nice Pro Tools recording project studio complete with good microphones, amplifiers, a drum set, and an Alesis QS8 full sized weighted keyboard piano synth. The perfect studio to cut quick demos or to get involved in a lengthy project. We can assist you in the process or if you are software savvy you might be able to run your own sessions. This is a comfortable environment where you are free to explore to your hearts content.
Looking for the perfect rehearsal space? Our studio is set up complete with a PA system, microphones, amplifiers, drumset, and a nice keyboard. Just show up, plug in, and play! Too easy eh? Rates are based on an hourly rate ($5 per person/hour). The studio is Pro Tools equipped if you want to record during rehearsal time. This is a great space for running auditions and last minute clean-up rehearsals.
